i feel good. today i didn't rollerblade or anything but i burned a cd of techno songs and jumped around for about the length of the cd... well, not exactly jumped around, but i danced and ran and did some aerobic stuff.. good cardio workout... took a shower after and now i feel fresh... Ooo.. fresh.

hey bernz, how's the iron pumping going? yesterday i started what i hope to be a daily regimen..

+push-ups. sit ups.
-3 sets of 12 reps.
-2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, maybe add another set in the evening.

+rollerblading 15 min [fast]
+treadmill for 10

it's not much but it's a start.. as for food.. i'll try to cut down on snacks lol
