had dumplings for lunch today...slept through breakfast...just ate dinner...some eggplant thingy and shrimp stirfried with veggies....yay

oatmeal crisp with a little milk
fried banana, hehe
water, i think or was it juice?

later, sourdough bun in english
nothing at break, i remember nothing either
sourdough bun at lunch with juice

sesame crackers after school, 4x4 squares
dinner was a nugget affair, i think i had a chicken strip instead
and lots of rice, definitely
and some fish
some sweet
and sour
fish

and a pinch of cereal,
some milk,
some ice
and 3 or 6 filipino pastry/buscuits that are sugary and light.
and delicious.
now it's time to ekskerskize until my muskles hurt.
OR....watch tv
